What is EVme?

EVme Plus Company Limited was established by ARUN PLUS Company Limited, a subsidiary of PTT, to operate in the electric vehicle business through the digital platform in accordance with New S-Curve strategy to support PTT’s expansion plan in EV business. EVme emphasizes on promotion and creation an EV ecosystem for the widespread adoption of electric vehicles in Thailand which includes EV rental service for B2B and B2C, EV consulting service, EV charging station information service and membership service “EVme Club” to assist and support EV users. EVME PLUS is headquartered in Bangkok and expands its service coverage to include Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen and Phuket.

What are the benefits of using the EVme?

EVme is a total EV Solution Platform that covers EV rental services; rent hourly, daily, weekly, and yearly. We also sell electric cars and motorcycles, and other related perks. Additionally, you can locate nearby charging stations through our application.

How is EVme different from buying, leasing and financing through a car dealerships?

You can test drive an EV at an affordable price before deciding to buy. Simply book your EV easily through the EVme app and drive with peace of mind, because we provide all the essential services you need in one place.

How do I get my account verified?

You can verify your account by completing identity verification through the EVme app using the following documents:

Thai users: Identification card and driver’s license

Foreign users: Passport

The verification process takes approximately 15 minutes. Once completed, you will be able to rent a vehicle fully.

What can I do with the EVme mobile app?

EVme mobile app allows you to subscribe to EVs, choose delivery and pick up times, and pay for your booking. You can also locate the nearest compatible charging locations and manage your bookings on EVme application

Where is EVme's service area?

EVme provides car rental services in four provinces: Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, and Khon Kaen.

For the Bangkok area, you can either pick up the vehicle yourself at the EVme Mobility Studio or request EVme’s delivery service within a 20-kilometer radius from the EVme Mobility Studio.

However, personal car rental service via the EVme application will be discontinued in all areas, with the following details:

-Chiang Mai Airport, Phuket, and Khon Kaen branches will end service on 30 April 2026

-Bangkok branche will end service on 30 June 2026

However, corporate rental services, including both short-term and long-term contracts, will continue to be available.

What is the last date the EVme application will be available?

The EVme mobile application will be available until 31 July 2026. After this date, the app will no longer be accessible as the EVme app will be discontinued and our short-term rental service will conclude.

We are shifting our focus to delivering long-term EV solutions for both businesses and individuals through new and more suitable channels.

Note: For the rental service, you can make bookings via the EVme app with a return date no later than 30 June 2026.

After the EVme application is discontinued, what services will still be available?

After the EVme application is discontinued, EVme will continue to provide other electric mobility services as usual, including:

1. Corporate Services: End-to-End EV Fleet Solutions. You can leave your information through the website at https://evme.io/en/business and our staff will contact you.

2. Individual Services: Long-term EV rental services.

3. Public Transportation Services: EV Taxi rental services through authorized service providers.
