Booking Terms and Conditions

1. The name, surname, phone number, and email of the individual booking on the PromptBuy platform must be the same as the individual undergoing the assessment and signing the car rental agreement.
2. In case the applicant does not pass the assessment criteria, EV ME PLUS Co., Ltd. reserves the right to decline service and will fully refund the booking deposit.
3. Present your Mahidol University staff ID or student ID.

Terms and Conditions

   1. The preliminary information regarding the EVme Long-Term Rental (6 months or 12 months) is provided for general informational purposes only and shall not constitute the official terms and conditions, nor shall it form part of any rental agreement between EVme and the customer.

   2. The EVme Long-Term Rental constitutes a product offering of EVme, providing long-term electric vehicle rental services to individual customers for periods of six (6) or twelve (12) months.

   3. Application Procedure:
      a. Customers shall register through the PromptBuy system via the Krungsri Auto Application or Krungsri Auto Line Official Account (@krungsriauto) to purchase a discount coupon for long-term rental at a preferential rate, subject to an advance payment of THB 10,000–20,000 depending on the selected vehicle model.
     b. Following registration, an EVme representative shall contact the customer to request submission of the following documentation:
         i. Copy of national identification card;
         ii. Copy of a valid driver’s license;
         iii. Bank statements for the preceding six (6) months;
         iv. Salary slip (if applicable);
         v. Documentary evidence of affiliation with an EVme business partner organization (if applicable).
     c. Upon receipt of all required documentation and subject to successful completion of EVme’s eligibility assessment, an EVme representative shall provide the customer with a discount code for redemption against a long-term rental (six (6) months or twelve (12) months) through the EVme application.
     d. The discount code shall be redeemable exclusively through the EVme application. Customers choose the preferred vehicle model and rental period and input the discount code in the voucher field prior to payment to secure the preferential long-term rental package. Such discount codes shall be valid only for the six (6)-month and twelve (12)-month rental packages.

   4. The vehicle models available under the EVme Long-Term Rental Program include, but are not limited to, the following: MG ZS EV X, MG4 Electric X, GMW ORA Good Cat 500 Ultra, GWM ORA 07 PERFORMANCE, BYD Dolphin EXT RANGE, BYD ATTO3 Extended Range, BYD Seal Premium, AION Y Plus 490 Premium, Hyundai IONIQ 5, Changan Deepal L07, Changan Deepal S07, XPENG G6 Long Range, Mini SE, MG CYBERSTER AWD X, MG MAXUS 9 X, Tesla Model 3 Standard Range (TH/HK/UK version), Tesla Model 3 Long Range (TH/HK/UK version), Tesla Model 3 Performance (TH/HK/UK version), Tesla Model 3 Standard Range (High-Land), Tesla Model 3 Long Range (High-Land), Tesla Model Y Standard Range (TH/HK/UK version), Tesla Model Y Long Range (TH/HK/UK version), Volvo XC40 Recharge Pure EV, Volvo EX30 Ultra Twin Motor Performance, Volvo C40 Recharge Pure Electric, Ford Mustang MACH-E Premium Standard RWD, Ford Mustang MACH-E Premium Extended AWD, BMW iX3 M Sport, BMW i4 eDrive35, BMW i4 eDrive40 M Sport, BMW i4 M50, BMW iX xDrive40, BMW i7, Audi e-tron Sportback 55 quattro S Line.

   5. All prices stated within the long-term rental packages are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) at the rate of seven percent (7%).

   6. Customers shall be entitled to cancel their booking and request a refund within seven (7) days from the booking date only. Upon expiry of this period, EVme reserves the right to reject all requests for cancellation or refund, irrespective of the reason.

   7. Unlimited mileage shall apply during the rental period.

   8. Customers may terminate the rental agreement at any time; however, an early termination fee shall be payable in accordance with EVme’s applicable policy.

   9. Vehicles provided under the Program are pre-used fleet vehicles that remain part of EVme’s active operating fleet.

   10. EVme shall provide regular maintenance and service to ensure that vehicles remain in roadworthy condition. Customers may also submit the vehicle for inspection throughout the rental period as required.

   11. The assignment, transfer, or sublease of the rental agreement to any third party is strictly prohibited.

   12. The use of vehicles as public transportation, ride-hailing services, or for any similar commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

   13. Customers may undertake limited modifications to the vehicle, including but not limited to wheel or tire changes, subject to EVme’s approval. EVme shall not provide any warranty for modified parts, and the customer shall be obliged to return the vehicle in its original condition upon expiration or termination of the rental period.

   14. EVme reserves the right to refuse service if the customer fails to satisfy eligibility requirements or other conditions imposed by EVme.

   15. Discount coupons shall be available for purchase from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026. Customers must redeem the discount coupon and take delivery of the vehicle by 28 February 2026.

   16. These Terms and Conditions are subject to EVme’s policies. EVme reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
