If you can request tax invoices on the EVme app.

For convenience and accuracy in issuing tax invoices, we now offer full-service tax invoice issuance to customers through the EVme app. Customers can request tax invoices within 3 days after payment for services, and we will issue the invoices within 30 days.

The process for requesting is simple! Just follow these 5 steps:

1. Go to your profile
2. Visit the 'Transaction history & Tax Invoices' menu to select the item  you want to request a tax invoice.
3. Click on 'Request tax invoice'
4. Choose the personal or company type (enter information for requesting tax invoice and please double-check the accuracy of the information)
5. Click 'Confirm' to complete the tax invoice request.

EVme will then send the tax invoice to the email you provided when requesting the tax invoice. Currently, this service is available for organizational customers. Tax invoices can be requested within 3 days after payment for services is completed.

• For customers renting EV from EVme app:

When you successfully make a car reservation, you won't see transaction details immediately because EVme processes rental fees in the morning, around 8:30 - 8:40, on the day of pickup. Once the payment is processed, you can view the transaction details and request tax invoices. 

For example, if you book a car rental on January 1st and pick up the car on January 5th, you can request a tax invoice from the morning of January 5th, around 8:30 after purchased fees, until January 7th.

• For customers purchasing products or services in other categories:

After completing the payment for services, you will receive transaction details immediately. For example, if you place an order on January 1st, you can request a tax invoice until January 3rd.
