EVme, on-ion join hands to launch EV charging station at Siam Paragon on June 1st to meet the urban lifestyle's needs

EVme Plus Company Limited, Thailand's largest total solution platform for EV rental, forms partnership with on-ion, under ARUN PLUS Company Limited, to expand the network of EV charging stations at the prime location of Siam Paragon Shopping Center with the aim to support the growing EV market and encourage the use of clean energy. The EV charging station will be commenced on June 1, 2023.

Mr. Suvicha Sudchai, the CEO and Managing Director of EVme Plus Company Limited, revealed that EVme operates its business with an aim to create an all-encompassing EV ecosystem apart from providing EV car rental services. The EV charging stations play a vital role in supporting the expansion of the EV market and instilling confidence in consumers to fully adopt EVs. This reaffirms the organization's dedication to being a leading sustainable mobility platform in ASEAN.

 Mr. Throne Hongladaromp, Head of EV Charger Business of ARUN PLUS Company Limited, stated that this collaboration with EVme further strengthens the efforts to drive the future of energy security and promote a clean energy vehicle lifestyle. In addition, the EV chargers at this station supply 100% renewable electricity which is generated from local energy sources. Users will not only enjoy a range of exclusive privileges from on-ion but will also contribute to the promotion of EVs and clean energy.

EVme and on-ion are united in driving the low-carbon society and promoting full-scale EV adoption through the expansion of EV charging station at Siam Paragon Shopping Center. The new EV charging station can serve six vehicles at one time with six 7-kilowatt AC Chargers. It is available on 3A floor, North Zone of Siam Paragon daily from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. and can accommodate both PHEV and BEV of all brands that support Type 2 connector. The charger can be activated on on-ion Mobile Application available on both Android and iOS platforms.
