The more your rent, the more you earn!

EVme members who book an EV for at least 2 days through the EVme application during February 14 – April 30, 2025 will receive 1 reward point, which can be redeemed for rental discounts.

Reward Points Collection Terms

• This campaign is applicable only for rentals made through the EVme application, including Package Rental and Flexi Rental. For Flexi Rental, the car must be booked and used within the campaign period.
• Reward points will be credited only after the booking is successfully completed.
• The collection period runs from February 14 – April 30, 2025. If a booking is canceled and refunded, EVme reserves the right to revoke or withhold the reward points.
• Each rental booking of at least 2 days qualifies for 1 reward point.
• EVme reserves the right to adjust, modify, or change the rental period, reward point criteria, or the number of points awarded without prior notice or justification.
• Reward points cannot be transferred or combined with another member’s account.
• If reward points are missing or incorrectly recorded, members must provide rental proof (rental history in the EVme app) via EVme's Line application or email (info@evme.io) for review. The decision to grant points is at EVme’s sole discretion.
• Members can check their accumulated points via the email registered with EVme. Points will be calculated and credited within 3 business days after booking completion.

Reward Points Redemption Terms

• Members with sufficient points who meet EVme’s eligibility criteria can redeem points for rental discounts by requesting via EVme's Line application or email (info@evme.io).
• When redeeming points, the corresponding number of points will be deducted from the member’s account. There is no limit on the number of redemptions within the designated period.
• Redemption period: February 14 – September 30, 2025. Unused points after this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Once points are redeemed, they cannot be canceled, exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.
• Points can only be used for discounts on EV rentals via the EVme app, following the terms specified in the Discount Code Terms.
• EVme reserves the right to revoke or refuse reward redemptions in the following cases:

1. Suspicion of fraud in earning or redeeming points.
2. Errors in the reward system leading to incorrect point allocation.
3. Points obtained from transactions that were canceled, voided, or refunded.

• EVme may modify or change the redemption rules without prior notice or explanation.

Discount Code Terms

• Discount codes can be used for eligible EV rentals on the EVme app.
• Validity period: May 1 – September 30, 2025.
• Limit: 1 redemption per person.
• The discount code must be used within the specified period. Unused codes will not be refunded or reissued.
• Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
• The discount benefit cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash.
• Once the rental vehicle has been delivered, the discount is considered used and cannot be reused in case of cancellation.
• EVme reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms without prior notice.
• The terms and conditions are as determined by the company.
