Simple Steps

Step 1: Download EVme App and Log In

Download EVme application on to your smartphone. Then, select "EVme Taxi". If you're a new user, you will need to register and then log in.

Step 2: Select Pick-up/Drop-off Points and Confirm Your Trip

Select your pick-up point. Currently, the service is available at Phuket International Airport, Domestic Terminal's Public Transportation Center. Then, specify your desired destination, which must be within 100 kilometers of the pick-up point. Once you've set the route, confirm your trip.

Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method

After confirming your pick-up and drop-off points, the next step is to choose your payment method for 50 THB booking fee. You can choose from two payment methods:

• Pay in cash at the EVme counter (must be paid before the end of the day's operating hours).

• Pay by credit card.

Note: Booking fees paid in cash or by credit card are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Step 4: View Booking Details and Check In

Once your booking is confirmed, you can go to "My Bookings" in the app to view booking details and get your "Booking Code". If you chose to pay in cash, check in at the EVme counter by showing your booking code to the staff to confirm your booking.

Step 5: Wait for Your Ride at the Pick-up Point and Pay the Fare

After completing all the steps, simply wait for your EVme taxi at the specified pick-up point. Upon reaching your destination, pay the fare according to the meter.

How to Set Pick-Up and Drop-Off Points?

Pick-Up Location

When selecting a pick-up location, the app will display the name and address of available locations for you to choose from.

(Note: As of today, the only available pick-up point is at Phuket International Airport.)

• Phuket International Airport (HKT)

The app will automatically display the closest pick-up location at the top of the list.

Drop-Off Location

• You can search for and select a drop-off location within a maximum distance of 100 kilometers from the pick-up point.

• If the distance between the pick-up and drop-off points exceeds 100 kilometers, the app will not allow you to confirm the drop-off, as it falls outside the service area.

Once your booking is confirmed, you can use the Ride ID displayed in the app to check in with staff at the selected pick-up point.

Can I Hail an EVme Taxi on the Street Without Using the App?            

Yes, you can flag down an available EVme taxi on the street outside the designated service areas in the app. Fares will follow the meter rate with no additional service fees.

Payment Methods for Taxi Fares.

You can pay in cash or via bank transfer, depending on the driver's preference. Please ask the driver directly for details.

Can I Cancel a Taxi Booking Through the App? 

Phuket International Airport:

• Cancellations are allowed since there is no booking fee charged.

Other Service Locations:

• If a booking fee applies, you can cancel the booking if the wait time exceeds 15 minutes.

EVme Taxi and VIP Taxi Pick-Up Locations            

Currently, only VIP Taxi service is available.

Phuket International Airport, Domestic Terminal's Public Transportation Center.

Can I Book a Taxi Through the App 24/7?            

Taxi bookings are available based on each location's operating hours:

Phuket International Airport: 08:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Can I Book Multiple Taxis Through the App at the Same Time?            

You can only book one taxi at a time. Once your current ride has arrived, you’ll be able to book your next one immediately.

Additional Fees for Taxi Bookings Through the App.

Standard Taxi: 50 THB booking fee applies.

VIP Taxi: No booking fee. However, if the service is from Phuket International Airport, an additional 100 THB airport fee will apply.

Taxi Fare Payment.    

Fares can be paid directly to the driver.

VIP Taxi Meter Rates

• First 1-2 kilometers: 150 THB

• From the 3rd kilometer onward: 12 THB per kilometer

Idle Time: If the vehicle speed drops below 6 kilometers per hour, a fee of 3 THB per minute applies.

Phuket International Airport: A 100 THB airport fee will be added to the total meter fare upon arrival at your destination.

How to View Your Ride History?      

1. Tap the menu icon

2. Select Ride History to view your past bookings.
